How do I get started?

Learn more about the process of going solar with Us.

1. Free Consultation

Schedule a FREE appointment with a solar specialist who will review your energy needs & answer any questions. Our solar experts will help you with all the necessary knowledge, so that the client understands the benefits of going solar. We can provide a free quote over the phone.

2. Expert Design

Next, our team of solar specialists will finalize the solar design based on your needs. Our experts will work to provide you with a unique system that gives you the most cost-efficient energy possible.

3. Stress-Free Permitting

Your Project Manager handles all of the required paperwork and permits needed by your local utility company. Just sit back and let them take care of the rest.

4. Flawless Installation

After assessing your property for any shading issues from nearby trees and making the required adjustments, we will take a closer look at your home’s roof for any required solar panel installation preparation. From there, we will get your new solar system installed in approximately four to eight hours. Our experts will then give you a full demonstration on how to start and shut off your new system.

5. Seamless Activation

We get approval, otherwise known as “Permission to Operate”, from the local utility and municipality to activate your newly installed system so you can start generating clean energy fast.

ALTERNATIVE ENERGY

The world as we know it is still heavily dependent on fossil fuels like coal and oil for energy production. Our lifestyles require a lot of electricity running through our homes, but fossil fuels are finite and will eventually run out. Sunshine, on the other hand, is plentiful and will not run out anytime soon.

There is a simple solution we can enact as individual homeowners to help combat this energy crisis – we can make the decision today to switch to a cleaner and smarter energy solution by using solar panels to power our homes. Here are some of the top ways solar energy is better for the environment.

The Power of The Sun

As previously stated, fossil fuels will eventually run out. These resources are already scarce, which is why you see an increase in their prices.

The sun, however, is a free and abundant source of electricity. In a single day, the amount of sunlight that hits South Africa is more than 1,000 times the entire country’s energy usage. We have the power to liberate ourselves from dependence of fossil fuels and switch to a much ampler source for our electricity needs.

Advances in Technology

As technology continues to improve, solar panels are becoming more and more accessible to homeowners everywhere. Not only are panels able to pick up more energy and power homes in different areas of the country, the price of solar is continually decreasing and is more affordable than ever.

Local governments are acknowledging the environmental benefits of solar and trying to help South African citizens further by offering a variety of national and local incentives. As it becomes more evident that renewables are the way of the future, it’s becoming a no-brainer to switch to solar.

Reducing Our Footprint

Perhaps the most important reason to switch to renewable energy is to reduce our carbon footprint. Carbon emissions are a big culprit when discussing the reasons for climate change, which is perhaps are world’s biggest problem right now. If we do not drastically change the way we live in the next few years, we can cause irreversible damage.

Solar panels, unlike fossil fuels, give off virtually no carbon emissions unlike fossil fuels. Electricity productions is currently the second largest contributor of greenhouse gas emissions, making up for 27.5% of our total. By switching to renewable energy, we can significantly reduce our carbon footprint and move towards a cleaner tomorrow.

Rising Electricity Costs

Another reason why tens-of-thousands of homeowners have made the switch to solar power is because of its financial benefits. Solar provides price-protected power and consistent energy bills, unlike the fluctuating prices of traditional power. In fact, traditional power will continue to rise drastically, to increase by roughly 125%.
